Manuscript Types
  • Research Articles: Original research contributions (4,000-8,000 words)
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of specific topics (6,000-10,000 words)
  • Case Studies: Detailed analysis of specific cases (3,000-5,000 words)
  • Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings (1,500-3,000 words)
  • Letters to Editor: Comments on published articles (500-1,000 words)
Submission Requirements
  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere
  • All authors must agree to submission
  • Submit via our online submission system
  • Include all required documents and information
  • Follow formatting guidelines exactly

Formatting Guidelines

Document Format
  • File format: PDF, DOC, or DOCX
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Line spacing: Double
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) all sides
  • Page numbers: Bottom center
Structure Requirements
  • Title page (separate)
  • Abstract (150-250 words)
  • Keywords (3-6 terms)
  • Main text with proper headings
  • References in APA format
  • Figures and tables (if applicable)
Manuscript Structure
  1. Title Page: Title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author contact
  2. Abstract: Concise summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  3. Keywords: 3-6 relevant terms for indexing
  4. Introduction: Background, literature review, objectives
  5. Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology
  6. Results: Findings with appropriate figures/tables
  7. Discussion: Interpretation and implications
  8. Conclusion: Summary of key findings
  9. References: All cited works in APA format
  10. Appendices: Supplementary material (if needed)

SIRMATA follows the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition citation style.
